The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee

2012 also marks the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee – it really is a remarkable year. Accompanied by The Duke of Edinburgh, the Queen will mark the Jubilee with a series of regional visits and engagements around the UK during 2012. There will be a Pageant on 10, 11 & 13 May in Windsor. The weekend of 2-5 June will see the major celebratory activities across the country – if you are here, you will have a wonderful time.

Charles Dickens 200th Anniversary

The whole world is celebrating the 200th Anniversary on 7th December of the birth of Charles Dickens – but nowhere more so than London. Dickens 2012 is a once in a lifetime chance to explore the life of this genius who has inpired millions of people worldwide.
